Rocky Rivera “Trick Habit”

I’ve been working on an array of music videos with Kid Heroes Productions/Xylophone Films over the past few months. This time I sound designed/mixed Rocky RIvera’s new music video “Trick Habit”.

I had a blast recreating the video game sequence. Because of the nature of the video game, I quantized some of the sounds to 8bit with some other magic potions in order for it to feel like an old school video game system. For a 5-10 second video game sequence, it took me a couple hours to really get the sounds to work together. Enjoy!
